We were very impressed with which the extent that Kathy would go to - to keep the purchase of the home moving along. Several times during the purchasing procedure, it seemed like our Closing Date was in major danger of slipping into another month because of communication issues, red tape snafu's, or just inattention to detail on the part of the attorneys or other office staff members. Kathy was right there and doing all she could to help untangle those pieces of red tape and keep things on track. She was very, very help in keeping good communication with the property seller and his attorney which was a major step in the right direction throughout the process.
